Prices displayed on the website do not include delivery fee. If you stay outside Jakarta, the delivery cost will be added up to your receipt depends on the shipment cost. Delivery cost for areas within Jakarta is RP. 40.000.- per delivery using Midday Package from RPX(item wedding ring/gifts). And the delivery cost is included insurance.

The price for Indonesia Market is in IDR (rupiahs) all the prices displayed on this website already including tax.
Goods will be delivered as soon as we receive payment or successfully deducted from your credit card. The delivery time depends on the destination city. All the products that have been delivered through RPX will be under insurance to protect products against damages or loss on the delivery. If you wish to use other courier service, please contact us. We will be glad to send your product to the appointed courier’s representative office in Jakarta without incurring any charge. However, the assurance that your product will be arrived safely to your destination will be buyer’s responsibility
Estimation Time of Arrival
We are unable to accept orders for P.O. Box addresses. We are not responsible for errors due to printing. We are also encouraged our customer to double check the shipping address and, we are not taken any responsibility for errors due to mistype or uncertain shipping address.
For some city in a country will applied additional charge by the shipper due to the destination city is not on the shipper list, please noted that a postal code is required to determined the additional charges, when the destination city is listed the additional charge will not be applied.
When we deliver your items to you will be asked to sign for the goods to acknowledge that you have received them. Where an incorrect address has been given to ORORI with the order we reserve the right to charge for any extra carriage costs incurred
We make every effort to deliver goods on the day we specify, we cannot guarantee delivery on that day or accept liability for deliveries made outside this timescale. We cannot accept liability for out of pocket expenses or other costs incurred due to failed or delayed deliveries.
We are currently unable to organize secure deliveries to all of our customers in some area of Indonesia. We apologize for any inconvenience that this causes.

Permissions
If you are seeking permission to use ORORI trademarks, logos, service marks, trade dress, slogans, screen shots, copyrighted designs, or other brand features, please contact ORORI Legal Department at legal@orori.com.
We seal with a security seal when we shipped the product, please understand that after the product packed in good condition and product are checked for QC to ensure that is good condition before shipping. When the seal is broken please take the picture for the insurance investigation before open, and ask the courier who had broke the seal, if it be done by the custom, both courier service and ORORI had no control over it.
When the seal is broken then both courier and customer check the packing list and the product, to make sure that everything is as requested. When the packing list and the product is not match please make a receipt and sign by the courier and report to us by email to claim_lost@orori.com, we will proceed to the insurance company on your behalf. For claims made when seal is broken will not be addressed more than 3 days after product received.

One pair of wedding ring is packed in the transparent container and sealed for security purposes. And it put in a small box for safe keeping the wedding ring when it is not be wearing by the couple. And after that the smaller box is placed in the big box that had the place for put in the two product certificate.
