*	Start counting from the date of first transaction that printed on the original receipt. Others exchange date on the receipt that happened next is neglected for this return policy.
**	Valid only for first time exchange only. For next exchange, exchange goods must worth at least 15% or higher from the return goods.

The above exchange scheme is for maximum price indicator only.
Nevertheles the final return value is depend on the USD exchange rate and the price of gold at that time and monetary situation that valid on that period of time. The final value will be valued by ORORI.

Terms and condition for down payment :

1.	Receipt is not valid without ORORI‘s stamp and sign by the ORORI’s sales assistant.
2.	Down payment receipt must be presented for exchange/return jewelry.
3.	Minimum down payment is 65% from the jewelry price. Incase no payment paid within 1 (one) month from date of purchased then ORORI entitled to sold it to the third party and the paid down payment will be non refundable. For Online order a full payment is needed to process the order.
4.	For custom design wedding rings, the customer obliges to pay the down payment minimum 75% from the estimated price. And if within 2 (two) weeks from the agreed delivery date, the item purchased is not paid in full then ORORI entitle to sell it to third party and the paid down payment will be non refundable.

Terms and condition:

1.	The previous purchased receipt must return to ORORI when returning or exchanging product.
2.	For offline transaction 30 days period cash refund items purchased and the purchased is by credit card then the price will be deducted with 3% surcharges, for online transaction or online payment cash refund is allowed 120 days from purchased date, the price will be deducted with 5% surcharges.
3.	The product return or exchange must free from defect and the defect reviews is done by ORORI and the review is final and applied.
4.	ORORI is entitled anytime to change the above terms and condition.
5.	For diamond purchased with diamond certificate (available only for more than 1 (one) carats of diamond) the diamond certificate must return to ORORI when the item purchased is return or exchange with other product.
6.	For purchased diamond jewelry and wedding ring, the certificate must return to ORORI when the item purchased is return or exchange with other product.

Notes

For pin, bolts and nuts is made from 75% carats of golds. Springs and shaft/axis is not made of gold.
